ORDER INFORMATION

SHIPPING INFO 

​

  • I currently only ship within the USA. 

  • If you live in Turlock, you can select LOCAL DELIVERY at checkout, and I will happily deliver your package to you! Deliveries are Friday evenings between 3p-5p.

  • If you would like to PICKUP your order, you can simply choose PICKUP at checkout & choose which day you would like. Pickup days are Fridays & Saturdays between 11am-1pm. 

  • If an item isn't in stock, contact me, and I may be making a fresh batch soon.

  • I will get in touch when your product has shipped and offer a tracking number.

  • Shipping times are usually 2-5 business days

  • I ship using USPS Priority Mail or USPS First Class based on package weight and size.

MY GUARANTEE //
I 100% stand behind my products and their quality- I use my natural skin care products on a regular basis, and have seen the difference in my skin! Although I can't promise a cure or fix, I hope you find the same great results and pleasure that I have. My goal is to offer you an all natural and healthier alternative to what you are currently using in your skin and body care regime- something you can love and feel good about, something you can indulge in shamelessly.

PLEASE NOTE //

  • Always test products on a small patch of skin before using. Test baby products on your own skin, before using on your little one. If you experience any allergic reactions to these skin care products, please discontinue use and consult a doctor.

  • Use your intuition and do your research before and starting and while using herbs or essential oils

  • Any info I offer has not been evaluated by the FDA and cannot be guaranteed to treat, cure or heal any disease or illness.


REFUNDS + CANCELLATIONS //

  • I do my very best to show and share accurate product descriptions & photos, so please contact me if you are unsure of ingredients, packaging, size, or anything else before you order.

  • Please read item descriptions carefully, and send me a question if you have one - BEFORE purchasing. If your product arrives broken or damaged, please let me know within 5 business days and I will be happy to send you a replacement.

  • Please read ALL ingredients carefully before ordering your product, to make sure there are no ingredients you may be allergic to.

Because of the high quality ingredients and careful process I use to create my products, I cannot offer refunds. (If you'd like to cancel your order before it ships, you must contact me within 12 hours of your purchase).

All products are handmade in Turlock, California by me, Nicole!  Labels, designs, photography, and packaging are all done in house, by me as well.

  • 95% organic or homegrown ingredients

  • 100% recycled: packaging, labels, shipping materials, paper products

  • High quality, organic essential oils

  • High quality, first, cold pressed oils 

  • High quality, organic + ethically sourced herbs (some are wildharvested or homegrown)

STAY  FRESH //

  • My products contain no preservatives other than essential oils and/or vitamin E oil, therefore it is best to use them up within the first few months after purchase. Most products have at least a 4 month shelf life.

  • Creams/lotions/balms should be kept in a cool and stable temperature to avoid consistency changes. Keep them in the fridge to lengthen shelf life.

  • All my sunkissed products stay best if kept in a cool, dry place out of direct sunlight.

  • Always read all ingredients and test products on a small patch of skin before using them entirely.

  • Test baby products on yourself before using on your little one.

  • Discontinue use if you experience any allergic reactions or skin irritations.

HOMEGROWN //
means that the ingredients were sustainably and naturally grown here on our homestead in Turlock. We use homemade or organic compost, heirloom and/or organic non-gmo seeds and plants, and of course don't spray any pesticides or herbicides, or use any non-organic products. The plants are grown, watered, tended to, harvested, dried and stored here by me, Nicole.  If you have any questions about our process, please feel free to ask.
