+ MOTHERFOODS: Maternal Nutrition & Humanity's Health

This FREE class taught by the amazing Rachelle Garcia Seliga of Innate Traditions & Carly Rae Beaudry is what every mother should listen to! Deep knowledge on key nutritional components for optimal health for baby and mama. Even if you've already had all your babies, this is still so important and will open your eyes to so much truth. Be a well nourished woman.

+ Complete Guide to Freebirth

The most comprehensive & evidence based course on physiological birth out there. I went through this course during my most recent pregnancy and LEARNED SO MUCH, and I already thought I had a lot of knowledge around natural birth & pregnancy. This course helped me find the rest of the confidence and knowledge I personally needed to freebirth our 3rd child.

+ Go Diaper Free - Elimination Communication - use NOURISHFARM10 for a 10% discount on all books & mini-courses.

From Godiaperfree.com - "All babies for all of human history have been pottied from birth (except the last 200 years). Your baby was born signaling to use the potty  (you just didn't know what it meant).

Elimination Communication is a gentle, non-coercive way to respond to a baby’s natural hygiene needs, from as early as birth. Like all mammals, human babies instinctually resist soiling themselves, their sleep space, and their caregivers, and they clearly communicate about it from birth. With EC, we learn baby's signals and natural rhythms and assist them with this process until they naturally gain independence (usually by 9-18 months of age)."

We have practiced elimination communication, or EC, with our now-2-year-old (since birth) and our now-3-month-old (since birth). Our 2 year old was potty independent by 18 months. It has taught me amazing things about the wisdom of babies. I have learn we rarely give babies the credit they deserve for how wise they already are. It helped me to become even more attuned to my children's needs. Also, once I learned this method, it was really hard for me to go back to just "letting them poop in their diapers".

Andrea, as a mother of several children, has a super realistic and laid back approach that I really love. I highly recommend this book as well as her potty training book (see next point).

+ Tiny Potty Training Book (18-30+ months) use NOURISHFARM10 for a 10% discount on all books & mini-courses.

When our second son was about 18 months old, and I was pregnant with our third, I decided I wanted him potty independent before the new baby arrived. Since we had already been using EC, but he had not been great with it since he started crawling/walking so early, I purchased Andrea's potty training book. It took 2 hard weeks of staying very consistent and watching him like a hawk, but her method worked very well! He was out of diapers 100% within 2 weeks and pretty much taking care of going on his own within a month.

If you are wanting to potty train your older baby or toddler, I would recommend using this book and her method. Again, she encourages respect of the child and the fact that they really don't want to be soiling themselves all the time. We did not use treats or prizes but created an atmosphere where he was internally motivated and wanted to be a "big boy" on his own!

+ Herbal Hair Healing & The "No Poo" Method

Arielle has created some beautiful products and compiled so much wisdom into her hair healing series. If you are not sure how to go about "no poo" (which is not using commercial shampoos and conditioners to cleanse and moisturize your hair), then her "The No Poo Method" PDF is for you! It's full of herbal wisdom, sample schedules, methods & recommendations for all hair types. She also has "Sovereign Curls" for curly haired people.
