About the Event & Guidelines
A 40 minute virtual class [1:00pm CST - 1:40pm CST] teaching you how to chart your cycle, what signs to look for, the importance of cycle charting and the WHY of cycle charting - how it can help you find better health, solve cycle challenges (cramps, heavy bleedy, spotting), achieve or avoid pregnancy, and more.
This class is for girls 16+ or young girls joined by their mamas or another trusted female adult. This is a skill and knowledge I wish I had when I started my cycle at 11 years old (I didn't learn about it until I was 29!)
Whethere you are looking for more feedback from your body, more education on how your cycle works and the beauty and magic of your cycle, how to decode symptoms, are trying to conceive or prevent pregnancy, or just want to learn a wonderful skill to have in your female…
