Tending your sorrow is best done outdoors

Tending your sorrow is best done outdoors, in my opinion.
The arms of God wrapped around you in the strong, fresh breeze.
The tears Jesus cries with you in the gentle or wild rain.
The knowing and understanding from the creatures and bugs around you who have also lost parents, babies, and loved ones.
The warmth of the sunlight and the glow of the moonlight filled with love and power from Him.
The brightness to bring light and reflection to your confusion.
The sound or feeling of moving water to soothe your aches and pains.
The crash of thunder to let you know God gets angry also.
The song of the birds to remind you to sing and praise even in the hurt.
The work of ants and bees and nest building birds, to keep you motivated to do what you need to do.
The greatness and strength of the trees to remind you that you can stand strong also.
The earth and roots beneath you to hold you steady.
The beauty everywhere you look to remind you that there is joy still to be found, there is laughter still to be had, and there is work still for you to do.
The Creator who magically brought forth all of it, who will never leave your side.
Stay nourished.
