1. Lemon balm elixir (2 oz) is something I reach for everyday as a mom of 3 young boys, a farm and garden to tend to, regular meals to cook, cleaning and laundry and a community to be a part of. It helps my nervous system feel more regulated, helps to me to stop and relax when I need to, and keeps my mind from running like a madwoman. Tastes sweet, herbaceous and lemony.
*Add 1-3 drops to your glass of water or water bottle.
 
2. Jungle chai is the tea we all reach for regularly. I crafted this to bring calm to the mind and belly, warmth to the body and soul and a smell that will make the kitchen instantly feel cozy and tropical. Most of the ingredients are native to tropical climates.
 
3. Passionflower tincture (2 oz) for those in the moment moments when you feel down, super overwhelmed, can't relax or need help sleeping better. Passionflower is the flower of the maracuyá fruit that grows prolifically here on our farm. They only open at sunset and release an amazing aroma that uplifts the mind and spirit. 
 
4. Lemongrass hydrosol (4 oz) homegrown and handmade on our farm here in Las Lajas Panama, brings the smell of a jungle farm to your home. Use it as a toner, scalp spray or pillow and linen spray. 100% pure, natural and essential oil free.
