Charting with Ease + Cycle Harmony

A four-month commitment focused on learning the skill of tracking and charting your female cycle for fertility, health and feedback. This program includes four detailed coaching calls with Nicole, ongoing private WhatsApp support for the 4 months, a copy of my Nourishing Family Meals digital cookbook, and access to a private community group with other women learning this skill. PROGRAM BREAKDOWN Charting with Ease + Cycle Harmony // 1:1 Coaching with Nicole + We work together 1:1 for 4 cycles or (about) 4 months: this means 4 live 1-2 hour coaching calls + First 2 calls are focused on honing the skills of tracking fertile signs, understanding more about cervical mucus and it's importance, BBT, peak day, dry days vs fertile days, what can impact how our cycle looks and feels, becoming confident in charting + Last 2 calls will be more focused on reading your chart, interpreting the data, noticing any opportunities for better tracking, noticing any cycle imbalances and addressing those, making commitments to practices that will bring about cycle harmony and ease during the bleeding time and luteal phase + Personalized suggestions and action plans for hormone balance, nutrition, lifestyle, sleep and movement - all to bring harmony and ease to your cycle and overall health + Open communication line with Nicole via WhatsApp for the 4 months - Mon-Fri during business hours. This can be for questions, advice, or just a listening ear. + Lifetime access to the Cycle Charting Community page with other women that are learning this skill as well. + A copy of my digital recipe book, "Nourishing Family Meals" Investment: $199/month for 4 months.
